Their writings center the work of liberation along the principles of justice, equity, and truth; the sacred relationships within family, sisterhood, and humanity; and spiritual transformations rooted in joy, grace, hope and peace. The Lamp Oil of Black Women Anthology series expands with volumes of collections from women in the Nation of Islam. The themes for the collection of writings continue to center the work of liberation along the principles of justice, equity, and truth; the sacred relationships within family, sisterhood, and humanity; and spiritual transformations rooted in joy, grace, hope and peace. Launched July 1, 2026 in honor of the life of Khadijah Farrakhan, the First Lady of the Nation of Islam, upon her transition back to Allah (God), and her contribution to the exquisite wisdom of Mothers of the Faithful shared with all.
